A new mug design inspired by patterns and color. May be it is the influence of fabrics from all the quilting I have been doing, but I am enjoying approaching each of these mugs as a new canvas to play with pattern and color. Each mug is painted by hand with 1, 2 or multiple colors.

I also have some new dishes that would look great with these mugs and can be used as lids. I will try my best to match a lid with a mug but cannot guarantee it will be with the same pattern and color accents.

All my work is made from Stoneware. After the pieces are made, they get fired once in a bisque fire and then high fired with durable glazes that will not fade.
